Q.

H1 Extension

My H1B visa is expiring on 12th Feb,2012. My company is filing H1 extension for me but I have some doubt in my eligibility because of difference in my client location and work location.

My project is New York based. My whole team sits in NY but I am working for NY client from my company office in Chicago due to some medical reason. We do not have Client office in Chicago so sometimes I go to my company office in Chicago and sometimes I work from home. My Company gave me Transfer Memorendum and LCA for Chicago.

Will there be any RFE from USCIS when my company will file H1B extension for me ? I have apprehensions because in my extension client letter will be of NY location and my work location will be Chicago? What will be the best way to file my H1B extension
