Filing H1B from UNVA CPT

Currently,I am in F1 status, working as a contractor using my CPT from UNVA(University of Northern Virginia). Due to the recent case regarding UNVA, I am trying to apply for H1B. My employer also agreed to file one for me. Unfortunately, I didnt receive letter from my End Client for filing H1B. But I do have all the other documents and letter from my Mid Client stating my project duration and work roles and responsibilities. My CPT is expiring this September 25th,2011. I am also ready for applying premium package for H1. The main problem is due to current investigation going on for UNVA by IRS, will it affect me filing H1 from UNVA CPT? What are the possibilities of getting approval? Also, transferring to the other university is safe for filing H1? What are my options?Pls Help. Thank You
