H4 I-94 status
My son’s I-94 card expired on June 21, 2010 because that was his passport expiration date. His visa is valid till sep27,2011
He got a new passport later. We did not file for I-94 extension.
My H-1B visa is valid till sep27,2011 and I-94 is also valid till sep27,2011. I am applying for H-1B extension.
Does my son's I-94 expiry cause any problem to My H-1B extension? Do i need to take any corrective actions?
Does this has any impact on status of my son?
