I'm from India on H1B in US. I got my H1B extension approved till 12/2012 through approved I140. I'm currently waiting for my priority date (Aug 2008) to get current).
Today I got my Canadian PR approved & have to get my Canada Visa stamped & land in Canada by December 16th 2011. My US visa stamping has expired. Using my I797 & I94, I'd like to use Automatic Visa re-validation to enter back to US. While I'm in Canada, can I travel to India & return back to Canada within 2 Weeks & still be able to enter US using Automatic Visa re-validation. Please advise.
