Q.

H1B Minimal Requirement

My wife is on H-4 Visa. An LLC company wants to hire her. It is a startup, an initiative taken and backed by a university, has 1 employee and been around in business for little over a year.

She has an MBA degree from US.

The director wants to know is it feasible to pursue an H1? and if it is, then what are the minimal requirements?
