Q.

H1B extn is pending and project is ending

Hello

Details

1. H1B and I94 expired on May 31, 2011

2. Applied extension I129
, Notice date May 17, 2011 at Vermont service center.

3. Submitted Client letter from my existing client.

4.Not received approval till date.

5. Current project is ending on Sep 30, 2011.
Got new project with other client.

Questions:
1. How much time more usics will take?
2. What is possibility of RFE?
3. Should I wait for approval till the new project joining date?
2. Should I convert it to premium, but existing client will not give any document.
3. on joining new project company will file new LCA and amend existing petition, is there any risk involved in it.
4. Should I continue with existing company or applied for H1 transfer with new company in premium processing.
