My I-140 is approved and I got a 3-year H1 extension (beyond original 6 years),
this H1 is valid till Oct 2014, I am planning to change jobs to company B (I am
not worried about retaining old priority date):
a) company B is ready to file my H1 based on approved I-140,
however the new job is in a different location
(current Labor/140 is filed in California, new job in Seattle)
and the job title is different too (from Software Engineer to
Software Manager). Is this a problem for the H1 filing due to
different job title and job location?
b) if the H1 filing by company B is approved, and subsequently
my old employer revokes my I-140, will that create a problem for
company B's H1 visa? or does it not matter since the new visa
has already been approved by USCIS?
