Q.

Transfering Of h1b

Hi,
I need some information about transfering my H1b to another company.
This is my situation;
1. H1b sixth year is going to expire this year.
2. My I-140 is approved
So if i transfer to another company, what process should i follow and how long i will have to apply for the greencard in another company. I think i can keep the same priority date.
Please advice
