H1B Revocation notice from USCIS
Hello Sir/Madam,My Employer is IT consulting and services firm.I work in Employee-Vendor-Client model. My current H1 is valid till October 2011.Last week, My employer received a H1 Revocation notice on my existing(current) H1B saying that my employer is not
satisfying Employee-Employer relationship. The notice also explains that, some one from USCIS also visted my client site and confirmed that my employer
doesn't have any control on the work activities i am performing at client side. They asked to justify with in 30 days showing the proof of control and
how my employer monitors my performance etc. what are the chances favour me on this and what all My employer or myself can do to resolve? Can i Apply for my new H1B extension? If my H1b got revoked, what are options to stay in USA?
