Enter USA from Canada (by road) using AutomaticVisaRevalidation
We need to finish Canada Landing for Permanent Residence.I came to US on H4 in 2006, never left US (stamping expired 2007). Changed to H1B 2008 and have a valid extension.
No H1B stamped in the passport.
Recently my company got acquired by another company but the visa/payroll haven't yet changed to the new company. Can I enter US (No H1B stamping) using AVR on valid I797/I94 extension?Any issues?
Is it safe to use AVR to return to US from Canada? If so which documents should we be carrying?
Is it correct, that if you have changed visa (H4 to H1) you cannot use AVR even though you have valid extension?
Please help.
