Q.

Working on H1B is expiring in 16May2011 and want to apply GC.

I'm working as Analyst Programmer in an IT Company in Fairfax, VA since April 2007 on H1B visa. I'm married and having a kid.
I have about 13 years of IT experience. I have completed Bachelors of Engineering. My visa is expiring in 16May2013. I wanted to apply for Green Card but My present employer's attorney is saying, For applying PERM, a prevailing wage from DOL must be obtained and DOL is not providing now because of court order. I need your suggestion as to what should I do to get my GC ?
