8th year extension approved for 1 year with 140 approval
7th year extension applied with approved 140
but got 1 year extension. Assumed because of the client work order is for 1 year.
8th year extension applied 2 weeks back with the client order without any end date. Still approved for only one year. With the same client work order my colleague working for other consulting companies , got 3 years approval.
Is there anything we can do with USCIS by contacting them? Basically what are options in this situation.
