Q.

H1 Extension/Amendment after 221g

My initial H1 expired in Oct2010(started working on H1 from Oct2009),applied for
extension and got approved till 2012Nov.Last month me&my wife went for H1 &H4 stamping in mexico, was given 221g and asked to go to home country for stmping.Entered US with 30 day I-94(expiring aug-18)stamped as parolee.
Applied for H1&H4 extn/amendment in PremiumProcessing on Aug 02.
Question:
1)If i get a RFE on H1 extnsion,can i continue to work/stay after aug 18(end of my
parolee status)waiting for decision on My H1 extn?
2)If yes for#1,incase my extension gets denied would i be considered out of status from
the date of my I-94 expiry?
3)Will there be a scenario whr petiton is approved and no new I-94 given?
4)If Extn rejected can i work remotely for the client when in home contry for visa stmping?
