My priority date is Apr4 2007. I filed I485 in late 2007 when all priority dates were current. I got married in 2008 and by that time my priority date wasn't current. I have been working in H1 and wife is on H4.

My priority date became current in Jul 2011 visa bulletin. I sent application for my wife's I485 on Aug 2 via fedex. No receipt has been issued and checks haven't been cashed either.

I got USCIS letter today that reads my I485 is approved(notice date Aug2 2011).Will receive PR card in 3 weeks.

My wife's I485 isn't received and my I485 is approved. So, I'm not in H1 anymore.How does that impact my wife.Is she still in H4 or in trouble. Wll USCIS process her I485 application or will there be a problem since they approved my I485 even before they received her application?
