7th year H1 extension
Hi,
My Details:
1.My H1(6th year) expires on October 11,2011.
2.With in this 6 years, 70 days i was out of the USA.
3.I applied my labor on January,2011 and got approved same month.
4.I have applied I-140 on March 17,2011(Texas region) and still it is pending.
My Questions:
1.Is am i eligible for applying 1year h1b extenion now?
2.I have requested my employer to do premium for I-140, so that i am eligible for 3years H1b extenion.But he saying, now a days reqular also fast.What is your suggestion?
