Q.

revoked i140 implications.

I am 6th year on H1B. I have an approved I140(2011 May) through my employer (Company A). Recently my employer (Company A) was bougth by company B. Company A I140 was amended to change employer to Company B. Company B extended H1B for 3 years using approved I140.
Because of the change in location Company B is going to file a new PERM.
My friend starrted Company C a month ago. I would like to join Company C.
1. what will happen if Company B revokes my I-140 after i leave Company B to join Company C.
2. Lets assume that Company B revokes my I-140 after I leave Company B. I am working at Comapny C and this company is not able to survive. Now if I want to join a new company will I get into any trouble with my H1B because of revoked I-140?
