Q.

H1B

I have done masters in chemical engineering (2006-2008) and my 1st h1b was filed in 2009.since then I was working for a chemical company.Now I wanted to shift to software industry.If I want to transfer my h1b to a s/w company,will i get a query from USCIS and please help me how to tackle this.
