Approved I-797 but decided not to join the company
Hi,
I work for company A. Company B filed my H1 transfer and got approved I-797. Meanwhile another company C also filed my H1 transfer and got approved I-797. I resigned from company A and joined company C.
1) Is it legal to go for multiple H1 transfer at same time with different companies?
2) Is it legal not to join a company even after H1 transfer is approved for that company?
3) Can a company take legal action if a person don't join it after H1 transfer is approved?
I remember I haven't signed any bond with company B.
