Hi,

Currently I am on H1, i have received invitation for canadian PR.

1. my GC processing is going on I-140 approved, I-485 yet to be filed.
2. I have valid H1B stamped till Jan-2013

My question:
So when i enter US on the boarder, will the boarder security create a problem saying
1. Why you went to canada for PR stamping when your US green card processing is going on.. Will that create a problem
What should i answer?

Now other situation:
1. My wife came to US on H4-B Visa (stampped till Jan-2013).
2. She got a H1B on Jan 2011 and is working on H1.
3. She does NOT have H1B stampped on passport but has valid H1B I-797 till 2014.

Question:
When we enter US from Canada will she face any problem.

please suggest about AVR rules.
