H1 Visa Interview, Mumbai: 27Dec10, Put on hold under administrative processing.

Was working remotely until May 30, 2011 after which the client said that they cannot support remote working and terminated my employment. Employer said they will still support my visa and put me under unpaid status. On July 19, 2011, I received a letter saying my case was sent back to USCIS Kentucky for review and possible revocation. In the mean while I got married on July 9, 11. My wife is a H1B holder currently, working directly for the employer in US.

My Question is how likely it is for USCIS to reaffirm my H1B? Am I Out-of-Status? Can I apply for H4? How likely it is for my H4 to be approved?
