Q.

Transferring H1 while extension beyond 6th year is pending.

Hi Indu,

I'm working for a company A and my 6th year of H1 is expiring this October. I've my I140 approved from company A on 01/19/2011. Company A has already filed for my H1 extension 06/09/2011 on regular processing and is currently pending. I'm planning to move to company B. Do you think it's safe to move while my H1 is pending? I also have my wife in H4. What are my other options?
