H1B vis stamp refusal at U.S. Embassy, New Delhi
I am an accountant with a telecom company with 300 empl.My job is in house & not dependent on client projects. My company is not H1 dependent.
My 1st time H1B visa appt was at US embassy in New Delhi on 12 May 2011. I got 221G green slip. I submitted docs the same day at VFS NewDelhi. On May 23, Embassy informed that they havent received my papers, I submitted them again. On June 21, embassy informed me that based on the documents submitted, they determined that my company is unwilling/unable to support by petition for employment. They are sending their feedback and my case to USCIS office in US which issued by visa. Passport & I-797 recd on 20 July.
Should I reappear for the visa interview? Can I?
What other steps according to you, should I take to get an approved H1B visa stamp?
