Last year i took H1 transfer and get i-797b(with out i-94) approval.I Went to India for my wedding and attended H1 Visa interview on May 4 2011 and got 221g yellow form(admin processing)to submit petitioner related documents.I submitted all the documents on May 9 and returned to United States on May 29 with my old valid visa which is valid until Sep 2011.My question is if the consulate asks me to submit passport for further processing can i send my passport through my friend to India.Will it matter to consulate if i submit the passport while i stay in United States.
If i am not able to submit the passport and the case got abondend will it affect my H1 or my spouse H4 status in United status.
