Q.

EB3 to EB2

I have approved I-140 EB3 from my current employer A. Now I got promoted to Sr SoftWare Engg which requires 4-5 yrs minimum Exp with Bachors Degree or MS Degree. At the time I joined my current employer I have only 2 years of experience and in requirement for Sr SoftWare Engg there is no minimum number of years required when we have MS degree. Do I qualify for EB2?Will there be any issue porting EB3 PD to EB2 with current emplyer.I have used my 6 years on H1 and my current H1B expires on March 2014. If I change my employer from Employer A to Employer B,will I get 3 years extension from the date I applied for H1B transfer? If I change my employer again and if Employer C applies for Greencard in EB2 category can I still use my approved I140 from employer A inorder to port my EB3 date to EB2?
