Q.

H1 re-stamp

My H1 stamp with previous company got expired in Apr 2011. I am planning to visit India for vacation in September so I will need to get stamp again. I am working fulltime for a mid size software company (55 employees).

1. I am first and only H1 working for this firm. Will this create any issue while stamping ?

2. Will I also need to carry P/L statements or any other required documents from the employer ?

3. My parents and sister migrated to US 6 months back on green card filed by our relative (Family based immigration). During their visa interview, they were asked general questions about their children (so for me as well) like what am I doing, status, when did I came to US ? Am I married or not .. etc.. As my family is now here will this have any effect on my H1 stamping ?
