Petition on hold for lack of G-28, now submitted, what next?
I am in Bangalore working for a IT firm. I had applied for H-1B through company A. Now my company (Company B) has purchased the petition. I had applied for a transfer through company B. though the documents were in order, USCIS raised a concern that G-28 was not filed. My attorney has now produced a copy of G-28 to the USCIS and now they have acknowledged the same. Do I need to apply for a dcuplicate petition or will the USCIS release the petition that has already been approved.
