Hello Sir,
I have 9 years of IT experience and have 5 years working with company A. Company A filed for my green card in 2007.I have a priority date in Oct of 2007 in EB3 category. I do not have a masters degree.Based on the years of experience and have a couple of increments during the tenure. I had my H1-b renewal done recently after 6 yrs period based on the I-140 without any trouble.

I have following questions.
1) As I see that the EB2 employment category is advancing very fast these days can I do the upgrade from EB3 to EB2 with the same company A.
2) If eligible for porting What are the steps that are required ?
3) If there is a rejection in the new process does my current I-140 considered valid?
