My Employer did not file my SSN & Medicare Taxes
My Employer did not file my Social security and Medicare Taxes on my H1 Visa until now, after i got converted from F1 Visa to H1 Visa in April 2010 Last Year . I want to know what all are the next steps I need to follow and ask my employer to follow to see that my Taxes are filed properly for last year and this Year? And See that i am in a Good status and I want to know if this will effect my future status and what if i file for my green card , will there be any problem?
