Worked in India from April'2002 to Feb'2005
Came to US in 2005 and i am with Same Employer Since then
My GC processing Under EB3I Category is filed with PD of June'2008 and 140 approved in May'2009
Got my third extension till 2013.
Q1. Can i Port to EB2 with same employer?if so how? and what are the Risks attached to It ? ( My employers attorney said, even though my job is changed at current employer it will be risk to port to EB2 as i dont have masters degree, is this true ? or do i need to change employer
Q2. What will be the associated cost, in PORTING with same employer , can you assist me in this? (planning to have my own attorney)
