Q.

question regarding stamping requirement for L1B to H1B

Hi,

I am staying and working in U.S with a valid L1B. If I get a new H1B from a new employer in U.S, to start working with the new employer is it mandatory for me to go out of the US and get my H1B stamping approved ? Or can I immediately start working once it is approved for the company that processed my H1B ?
