H1-B extension with I140 from future employer
I have an approved I140 from a consulting company that I have never worked for yet. My current company used that I140 to get me an extension on my H1-B. They have filed for my PERM too.
I plan to go to India in Auguest. Would I face any questions/issues during stamping about the fact that I am using an I140 from a company that I have never worked for ?
Or should I wait until my I140 approval for the current employer comes through ?
