Q.

H1B stamping New Delhi consulate

My H1B was on May 20th at ND Embassy for petition starting May1, 2011 till Feb 28th 2014. The visa officer said case looks fine but would like to verify documents sent to USCIS. He retained I-129, Support letter, LCA, Vendor letter, contract btw employer-vendor and btw vendor-client. He returned my I-797 and Passport and gave me green 221g with a case no on it. The case no is invalid.

Now On June 17, 2011, USCIS shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.

So i believe Embassy contacted USCIS and USCIS reaffirmed the petition.

Do i have to again re-interview or i would receive any email from embassy regarding the next steps? How much time would embassy take now? What are the chances of getting VISA now?
