Q.

H1B transfer

Currently I'm working for Employer A on H1B visa and it is valid till June 21, 2011.

I got an offer from Employer B. They did H1 transfer and it is approved with validity for another 2.5 years.

Recently I got an offer from Employer C and I would like to transfer my visa to them. However my current status with Employer A is expiring by June 21, 2011.

I would like to know whether I can do the transfer with Employer C at this stage. If so, let me know whether I should use petition from Employer A or Employer B.
