I am currently working on L1-B (Blanket) visa and I am planning to switch to H1-B Visa with a different employer. I am also planning to go out of United States (my home country -India) for a visit.

My Question is that If i go out of United States after starting my H1-B Visa processing can I face any immigration issues at
port of entry while returning back to United states if at the time of my return to United states the H1-B visa processing is still going on or H1-B visa is approved.

I'll be traveling on L1-B visa and I'll change my employer and job only after returning to United states.
