H4 query

Background: My first H1-B with company X ended on Sep 30,2010. My petition for extension was applied by company X in late Aug 2010 with a receipt date of Sep 1,2010. I got an offer from Y while the petition from X was still pending with USCIS on Feb 2011 and I joined Y with a new petition I-129 with Feb 7, 2011 receipt date. Company Y forgot to apply my wife's I-539 which was also pending with USCIS from X.
On Mar 7,2011 USCIS sent a denial notice for my wife's I-539 from X.I immediately applied for my wife's I-539 (thru company Y receipt number of my I-129) and got her receipt date March 16, 2011.
I am stiil waiting for her approval. I am scared that her application might be denied because there was a gap of 9 days since her earlier I-539 was denied. Please advise what can i do?
