I filed for transfer from Company A to Company B continuing to work at same client. A pays me paystub on the 25th of the next month. I received the WAC number on 6th June (sent on 3rd june) with Jan, Feb, Mar and April paystubs. April paystub was generated on 25th May. I am still on A payroll. Last day with them is on 10th june and i Start at the same client through B receipt on 13th June.
1.Can the USCIS issue an RFE asking for May paystub? I will get that on 25th of june and the june 10 days salary on 25th July.
2.Can I ask A to pay my may and june sal on 25th June?
3. Is it legal to have paystubs from both A and B (although for different periods)
