My wife applied H4 visa which is on hold.VO told her that I need to contact them. When I contact they told I cannot enter US with my visa of previous employer H1 stamping.They want new H1 stamping with current employer. Attorney told I can travel. I enter US now with previous employer visa. I get I-94 same as I-797(currenet employer approval) date. So now I am in US, I already notify Embassy that I am in US now by email with a copy of I-94, I-797, entry stmap on passport. Can my wife get H4 visa now? My employer also email Embassy to grant her visa. what do I need to do? Thanks
