H1B/H-4 filing together but sending in a separte packet (URGENT)

My H-1B/H-4 Exp. date is June 3rd. Please read the following cover letter for H-4. This is what my employer suggested. Do you think it will work? Any danger? Please respond ASAP. I will have to send it tomorrow.(The employer's attorney doesn't allow me to include my H-4 application in H-1B)

“My husband is filing my H-1B extension petition contemporaneously so please note that both his employer and I are filing my husband’s H-1B extension petition and my H-4 application together, but sending each package separately using the FedEx overnight delivery so that both of them may arrive at the USCIS on June 2, 2011. Both of the applications have been sent to Premium Processing Service, Vermont Service Center. Hopefully, this information could help you match up the two petitions.”
