Q.

Working for first company after couple of H1B transfers

My wife got H1B From company A in 2009 (H4-H1). On June 2010 she transfered her H1B to company B. But after RFE they approved her H1B without I-94 (Feb 2nd week 2011). USCIS asked her to go back to INDIA for getting stamped (counsel process). But the company B told to my wife not to leave the country .And again they filed for another H1B transfer to Company C recently.

My question is ,
What about joining back to Company A. ( We know they didn't cancel her petition). She still have valid I-94 with Company A petetion(till Sep 2012) . Can she use Company A's petition to stay and work here.

OR can she stay & work here right now without I-94 for Company C though they applied for another H1B transfer.
