Q.

H1b stamping

Hi,
I have question about stamping.I am thinking to going to canada for stamping.I have muliple entry Canadian visitor visa.

I came here in US aug 2006 on F1 from india.Finished my MBA in US may 2008.Worked as intern in last 2 semester.

Used OPT and same company filed my H1-b.Direct company full-time job.

I am working for another company for right now as direct full-time.No EVC or consulting.

so this is my first time h1 stamping after I finished my school 3 years ago.

1) is that ok to go for stamping in canada or go to home country(india)?

2)based on your exeperience how much time do you think it can take?

3)If they denied or give some 221(g) or something else can I come back to US? what are the options?

4)List of document I have to carry for this?
Thanks
