Q.

Stay in USA if H1 extension denied

Dear Indu,

I have another question continuing to previous question. In case my h1 extension is denied after current h1b expiration date i.e. 18th june 2011 and i-94 expiration date i.e. 18th june 2011, I know one has to leave immediately but practically it is not possible to leave immediately due to booking tickets etc and other formalities.
Is there any period limit(number of days) which is authorized after denial notice to leave USA so one can book tickets etc and leave?
