Question on Stay in US after h1b and i-94 expiration

Dear Sir,

I am working in USA on h1b work permit. My H1b visa and I-94 is expiring on 18th June 2011. My h1b extension is already filed by my employer and under process at USCIS.

Could I stay after 18th June 2011 if i did not receive any decision on my h1b extension till that date?
if yes, then how long could I legally stay in USA which will be considered valid?
If i received h1 extension denial notice and stayed beyond 18th June 2011. Will my stay be considered valid from 18th june 2011 to date of h1 extension denial notice?
