Hi, I am in US and I have H1b Visa. I have around 2 and half yrs left on my H1b. (Total 6 yrs). I am planning to get married in US and my fiance is also in US and she has Permanent residency. She is a Pakistani citizen. I am an Indian citizen. I have two questions ,(Important one) Will I have issue with my Visa extension or my green card filing(through my employer) as she is a Pakistani citizen? I am in a process of filing my H1 Extension so if I marry before extension filing then would I have to include my marital status and give all information about my spouse ?
