Q.

H1 and H4

I entered US on May 20, 2011 with my previous employer H1 visa along with my I797. my wife's applied H4 on May 12,2011 which is on hold. She was given 221 g with admin process reqd. US Embassy in kathmandu (Nepal) is saying I(H1) need first stamp of new employer to enter US. Now I am in US, what do I need to do so that my wife get H4 visa? Do I need to notify Embassy that I am in US now with I94? Embassy already had her(H4) passport, certificates, my w2, I1040, paystubs, bank statments, letters from my employer, marriage certificate, relation certificate, wedding invitation card, wedding picture album. I took I797 and my passport from Embassy while coming US. Do I need to send I797 ? Do I need to send any additional letter? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
