Q.

I 140 -fraud or willful misrepresentation meaning

I have applied for i-140 in Jan 11(eb-2 india)and intend to leave the employer once it gets approved .I understand that priority date can be carried if the i-140 is not revoked due to fraud or misrepresentation .
1) What are the examples of fraud or willful misrepresentation and is it fraud committed by employee or employer? Will it not harm employer in future applications of employees if he revokes my case for this reason?
2)Can the employer revoke i140 by falsely citing for fraud or misrepresentation in case employer really wants his employee to suffer? Can I challenge it later?
3) Is there any time limit i.e. 180 days after which i can leave the company without jeopardizing my approved i140 ?
4) If the employer simply revokes i140 after approval, can i still carry my priority date?
