My current H1 expired in Jan 2011. My extension was submitted in Oct 2010. An RFE was received on March 30 2011. It was responded and USCIS received the RFE response on May 11 and they are working on it. I have received an offer from another company and they want me to join in 15 days. I would like to know if a transfer and extension could be processed together by the other company with an offer. They don't have enough time to wait for my current extension and basically we are not sure when we would recieve a response. It is almost over 7 months the current extension is in process.
