Dear Sir,

I am working in USA from last 3.5 yrs. I have worked for 2.5 yrs on L1B and 1 yr on H1B visa.My current petition is valid till Nov 2013(which is the total of 6 yrs working visa).I am planning for full time MBA in Sep 2012 and it would be completed by Sept 2014.

I have the following questions:
1. After MBA, how much time will be left on H1B visa.
2.Does F1 visa time counts towards 6 yrs of total stay.
3. After MBA, will I get a new H1B through Cap or I will need to apply for COS using the pending time period on my current petition.
4. After MBA will I be eligible for OPT. If I am then for how much time can I work on OPT.
5. If I get OPT, how much time will I get on my H1B after OPT.
6.Does working on OPT count towards the time on H1B visa.
