H1B transfer with approved I-140
Hi,
I am on my 5th year of H1B with an approved I-140. I am transfering my H1B from Company A to Company B and Company B is doing regular H1B transfer which may take 3 - 5 months. So if i join Company B after getting the receipt number and if Company A cancel the approved I-140 before getting the H1B approval in Company B, will I get 3 years extension(based on I-140) or only 1 year left on my H1B.
