Q.

COS H-1 to B2 to H-1 documents/process

This is a follow-up to my original question that you responded to on May10 & May12.
My query now is:
1. What exactly is the new employer supposed to file, for doing a COS back from B2 to H-1? Is it both I-539 and I-129? How is the petition defined differently now (in terms of documents required), compared to a 'normal' H-1B petition? I would probably have to tell the new employer all of this.
2. Is there still any risk of getting H-1 approved with CP even though i would have done COS to B2 and been maintaining status? The only reason i'm doing all this is that i can't travel right now. How tricky is the switchback from B2 to H-1B?
Finally, i would like to know, if my COS application is reviewed by you what will be the charges?
Thanks
Vibhor Jain
