Previously I asked you(David Rubman) a question regarding my h1 b and my wife h4 visa. you told me I can enter US with my old stamping which had previous employer and expired on September 2011. yesterday my wife apply h4 visa here in Kathmandu, Nepal but her visa is on hold and Visa Officer told my wife that I(H1 b) also need new stamping with new employer to enter US. so please advise what should I do? my flight return is on May 19, 2011. Can I travel with this passport which has stamp of previous employer with my new I-797 that has current employer and will expired on February 2013? what my wife needs to do? She was also given additional white paper - 221 g with administrative processing required. what she needs to do? please advise. Thanks.
